Conveniently located at the start of the North Fork’s famous wine country steps from vineyards, breweries, farm stands, and nature preserves including RGNY Vineyard, Jamesport Brewery, Harbes Orchard, and Hallock State Park Preserve. Just a mile from soaking in the rays at North Shores Iron Pier Beach 6 minutes to South Jamesport Beach and 25 minutes from Pikes Beach in Westhampton. The residence is a ranch-style farmhouse, legal two-family home; guests will receive sole access to the main house and property. Entirely separate is the owner/farmer’s guest quarters, occupied intermittently by the farmer and her family and accessible separately via the parking garage. Guests are welcome to utilize the farm as an immersive experience.
