Education: Skidmore College - B.S. in Business

Erica Stype McKenzie represents the third generation of realtors and appraisers in the Stype family.  A Southold native, Erica graduation from Skidmore College and was accepted into the Saks Fifth Avenue executive training program.  After working at Saks, Erica left to manage an upscale salon on 57th street.  When she began her family, they left New York City and came back to the beautiful North Fork.  Erica is now sales manager, sales associate and real estate licensed appraiser at Andrew Stype Realty.  With a head for business and a local knowledge of the North Fork, Erica has found the perfect lifestyle fit.
